I'm going to have to split my upper body routine in two again, I've got the Arm challenge, FabAb challenge and starting the Booty challenge - how am I going to fit this all in - plus cardio?
137.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1170 kcal Fat: 49.93g | Prot: 81.27g | Carb: 109.82g.   Breakfast: mushrooms, cottage cheese 1%, eggs, pink grapefruit. Dinner: parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, diced tomatoes, squash summer, summer squash, eggplant, turkey breast, grape tomatoe, spring mix, yellow bell pepper, onion , romaine lettuce, mozzarella cheese. Snacks/Other: mixed nuts, orville redenbacher's 100 calorie mini bag popcorn, water, blueberries, strawberries, water, water. more...

What works for me (Re: Fitting it all in!!) I Have a set arm routine I do. In between sets of arms I do abs/ butt. When doing cardio I try to work glutes and core as well. If doing spinning I really make sure my stomach is tightened. If on an ellipitical I put resistance of and do a steep incline. If walking, do walking lunges. Basically I multi-task. Do you have a bosu ball? There are lots of excercises you can do that target abs and booty at once. Or just divide up the days MWFS cardio days w/ abs T/TH/S arm and booty day.
