This is the best of food. My son who is soon 23 soon to be 24 came home form RSDI to cook me a mother's day dinner. he made a vegetable tatine. It had leek, shallots, and asparagus, and beets and mushrooms all baked in a pie crust with a bit of goat cheese on top at the end. It was delicious! It was garnished with thyme. He found a web site called plated that mails you ingredients and recipes for a very reasonable fee.
