Well after some major dwelling and pondering after a diagnosis of Diabetes, I have decided to go full speed ahead on a glycemic diet, workout plan and positive attitude. I have decided that I am in control, not my body, not my husband, not even my doctor. I will beat this and get healthy. For now, the focus is going to be on me and getting comfortable with a better nutrition plan. I told my husband that if he doesn't like what I make then he needs to fend for himself for a while and I already feel a great sense of relief. I am only interested in getting support right now, and doing what is right for me.
