INDUCTION DAY 9: So, things are going pretty good. Due to ketosis, I have to remeber to eat. I've been planning my meals daily in the am and entering them on FS, but then it seems I have to delete items in the pm because I get so busy that I forget to eat. Water is really tasting good out of my new fridge. I did not enter in journal yesterday because I was really tired after being shocked with 240v while repairing my dryer (that I thought was unplugged.) Atleast I'm alive!
