WOW, it has been a long time since I've been here. I hardly recognize the sight anymore. Still trying to figure out how to navigate.lol
I can't believe how many people are gone now. Hope all are well. Life goes on with the daily struggles and success'. I really need to get back here and STAY here. I feel so much better when I watch my carbs. Just need lots of support. Have a wonderful day everyone. :)

Thanks Bren. I will try. Recording takes up so much time, I think that is why I get discouraged these days. Lately, I don't seem to have the patients I use to have.????????
