So I'm kind of embarrassed to say I fell off the wagon for awhile and I'm back again! (Although I love Fatsecret and it has been a wonderful tool to help me lose weight, I really wish I hadn't gained the pounds I did that forced me to come back here). I never got to my goal weight of 125, but I did teeter around 130 for a good while up until the dreaded, never-ending string of holidays starting at the end of Fall. The food fiasco began with my anniversary, then continued with Christmas, New Years, friends' birthdays, family birthdays, Valentine's Day, and then ended with my boyfriend's birthday. At some point in between those events, there became a blur between the everyday and holidays in which I completely forgot that I shouldn't be feasting on anything and everything I could lock my eyes onto.

Now I'm not trying to completely blame these events for ruining my good will, but my downfall with food is I have a tendency to throw my arms up and surrender to it whenever there's a good time to be had. Because for me, watching my weight = not having fun, and tasty yet incredibly greasy, fried, and carbolicious food has almost always been consumed during the best times of my life. This was coupled with the fact that I've had a few speed bumps in my life over the past few months which have really taken a toll on me, so inevitably comfort food had become my best friend.

Well, one of my many New Years resolutions is to break those bad habits and not only secure my goal of weighing 125 and firming back up, but to also have a better relationship with food. I'm in it to win it this time and I am going to dedicate myself to maintaining a healthy and steady weight, exercising regularly, and eating the foods that treat my body good. No more yo-yo dieting for me!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
