Some days are harder than others to stay focus. I myself need to get a good mental picture of where I want to be and focus on that when wanting to give up. My issue is that I inhale food instead of enjoying it (always in a hurry) plus I never enjoyed exercise. I'm working on changing both habits. Baby steps is all we can do-we'll get there...Good luck!
