So...been away for a bit...sick me...sick kids...blah...blah...blah! Excuses! I am going back to being accountable to myself...here!! I ate a burger yesterday and it made me sooo sick! I think that is a good sign, my body is starting to like the healthy stuff! I am avoiding the scale for a few days, but will weigh in soon! Vacation is coming and I want to be ready!
