I suck. I am having trouble finding the motivation to stay on the diet. I have been consistent with going to the gym and spin class, which I think has helped keep me on track without a major gain. Hopefully I can get back to running on Sunday (2 weeks totally off and another 4 of minimal miles). Hoping a week and a half of PT will be enough to get me moving again.
