Well today is day 3 of keeping points again! I feel GREAT! Not really any thinner of course ahahah, but mentally I feel better. It has been tougher as the weekend gets closer. I have to make sure and really watch over the weekend so I don't fall back into that "OH WEll" mode! The weekend is usually when we will go out to eat with the kids.........Plus my moms birthday is this weekend and so that means cake and all that garb. I am doing it though, slowly but surely, and I have to learn that if I make a mistake, to just let it go and keep trucking!!! It is hard getting used to feeling hungery again. Does that make sense to any of you. I was back to eating so bad that I didn't even feel hungry at meal times or even snack times.........I would just eat anyway!!! And I would eat WAY TO MUCH!!
NO more, I'm back and back to stay :0) Tomorrow is my official weigh day........I am praying it goes well! Also wanted to make myself a note that my time at my first race of the year, my time was a whole minute faster then last year at the same race! I was so happy that I had impoved! Now for my favorite 5K in April. It was my favorite race from last year..I CAN'T WAIT! Best wishes to you all
