I planned on working out last night but I had so much going on. I felt drained and I didn't want to get burned out so soon. But I will definitely work out tonight. I still ate really well and I'm especially proud of that.....the kids brought home so much candy!!

The exact same thing happened to me last night :-( I was so exhausted I ended up going to bed early (which doesn't happen that often for me). I'm definitely hitting the gym tonight, though.

I think Monday's are the worst for that. I've already made a "schedule" of everything that I plan on doing tonight....hopefully that will keep me on track. Hope you have an awesome workout!
