I went on a little over a two mile walk today. It was super nice outside and my friend went with me. I didn't eat a lot today, I've had a migraine all day and don't feel well. Part of it has to do with being over weight and not eating healthy. When I feel like this all I want to do is sit down, eat junk food and play video games. I pushed myself to go outside and walk this morning. I went to my grandparents to play with the dogs and keep them company while my grandparents went out for the day. I took an hour nap to try and get rid of the migraine, but it didn't help. After I ate dinner I have been feeling a little better, still not fully well, but I will keep pushing through today and not go to bed early.
