Today didn't go so well. I ate some snacks throughout the day. I went to the gym though and ran a mile, then was on the bike for 8 miles. Only lost one pound...
199.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
