Today I had a conference with my physician. She said I was technically a Diabetic; however, I can control it by what I eat... which is a good thing. I don't have a need for taking any medications as long as I watch what I eat, ingest smaller portions, cut back on carbohydrate's, and increase my exercise. I can do that. It's my goal to lose 20lbs and hopefully another thereafter. I'm officially working starting today by carefully watching what I put into my body.
