A poor 2 weeks has lead to a major increase in weight, had 2 weeks off for the school holidays and eating bad food and no exercise has led to the increase, back into it this week aiming for a 2000 Calorie deficit from Mon-fri to help get me back on track
242.5 lb Lost so far: 68.3 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
