Up and down, up and down... I feel like I'm a yo-yo. I just need to be able to get back to the rec center even if it is just to walk a couple of miles on the treadmill. I also caught a lovely head cold this week so I really don't want to let that get in my way. I'm just tired of being up and down with the weight all the time. I've been drinking a lot of water lately I'm still thinking that is what is causing the yo-yo but I'm not sure I haven't been eating all that great either. I've tried having a salad everyday just didn't get the chance today as I wasn't home most of the day. This week should go back to normal except that we are supposedly going to have another storm by thursday. I wish spring was here already I'm tired of being cooped up I want to be out walking, just not in the mud and ice. I have to focus more. I ordered two bento boxes this past week and I'm going to start preparing my meals in them maybe portion control will work better for me. I'm still pushing the stationary bike 45 minutes I just need to start doing something else before I get completely bored with it and stop.
