Back to checking in daily. As it is easy to see by looking at my weight chart, I lose better when I keep track. That said, I've been on three major trips: two for one week each and one for two weeks (all to warm places - I am blessed. I proved to myself that I don't have to gain weight when staying in hotels. I ate as i did at home, lots of fruit, vegis, and lean protein. One benefit is that hotels really focus on local and organic foods so i benefitted from some try gorgeous salads.
309.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 124.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

I'm in the same boat - I have been sick so I wasn't tracking on here and I know that I need to in order to make it work. I'd eat mostly according to plan and have a free for all on the weekends it seems. I made up a bunch of meals yesterday so going to try to track better now. Way to go on the travel - that's tough!
