Did spinning yesterday- burned a BUNCH of calories..... then went out and ate an awful lot of Greek :-)
Today ran 4.14 miles with friends.... went slow, 10/min mile, they are just starting to train for a 10 miler.... might not be able to do it, but nice to just plain run for fun.
