So, just to show myself and others the power of using heavier weights, I dug up a photo of myself July 2013 when I took a back photo, for whatever reason; glad I did! This was after about 45-50 lb. weight loss and using 3,5,8 lbs weights for about 2 years. Believe me, its a lot better than me at 175 or so. According to my notes, I was about 131 lbs. I took another, only 4 or 5 lbs lighter, at 126 or 27, after starting the gym and going to heavier weights, up to 20 lbs. for some things. For me, the end result was startling. Now I'm more determined than ever! (photo is on my profile page, at bottom)
