Wow! Talk about PMS! I guess last month I was so excited about my decision to lose weight that I didn't even really notice it, but yesterday and today I've been so hungry for junk and so not in the mood to exercise. Nonetheless, I think I've done pretty well.

I know the feeling, but if your experience is anything like mine it gets better the longer you are on the diet! I don't remember any drastic PMS symptoms this last month. If that doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will! lol
