ZivaDavid11's Journal, 02 May 2014

My last weigh in was 11 days ago now. So I have mixed feelings about seeing my scale this Tuesday. I've been away from home for work and encountered a few emotional hiccups in the last 2 weeks as I have shared in my last journal. Though I am still sad about my latest mini-drama, I am determined to get back on track. Yes, I allowed myself to "grieve" (meaning, a little bump on the calorie intake) for a few days.

Also, I had my hair done yesterday and it looks great! Downside is that I can't get it wet for 3 days. Which means no exercise for me. I'm hoping to be stronger than before once I resume my exercise regimen.

Have a wonderful weekend everybody! Sending you all love and positive energy! =)

Sometimes, my friend, a little bump does us a world of good… both by boosting our metabolism, keeping our bodies guessing & re-igniting our determination. Have a wonderful weekend too, in what I;m sure is a gorgeous new 'do! xoxox

Thanks for that Ruhu! =) This last few days definitely made me realize that I am not the same person I used to be before I started this journey. I allowed myself to "slack off" a bit but I was in control the whole time. Back then, whenever I would encounter situations like that, I would just eat and distract myself to my heart's desire. PS My hair looks really good! Amazing how they can make them look this good nowadays! =)
