I weighed after working out and working on my driveway. I loaded rocks and raked. I also used my leaf blower to blow off my driveway as well as my parent's driveway and patio. The result was shocking. I was down to 220.6 lbs. I realize this is water weight but it does give me hope that I can reach 220 lbs. by May 15th in time for my Caribbean cruise with family and friends.I officially recorded my waking weight this morning so I am not going to change that weight. Happy Living!

I weigh before my workouts to measure my effort during my workouts. I usually drop about four pounds per workout. This shows me I am working hard. I only log my true waking weight once a week because I fluctuate so much after workouts and after meals etc. Anyway if I can lose about 1.5 to 2 pounds a week I know I will keep it off. I actually bought a pair of 36 jeans yesterday so clothes are fitting better. :)I have been as high as a 44-46 in the waist but that was a while ago. I started at a 40 waist when I restarted this time the week before Thanksgiving '13. Thanks so much for the support Bill. It has helped me so very much. Thanks to Rob and others as well. Like you guys have said "We can do this!"

interesting, my partner and I don't weigh after workouts because we swell up, the use of our muscles causes us to retain water and we actually gain.
