Thought I would be ready for today by making breakfast last night. Eggs, turkey sausage crumbles, with some cheese. WELL, last night after I ate my salmon and salad, I decided what the hell, and ate today's breakfast. Unbelievable!

lol, I've done that. When I am planning meals ahead it helps me to get it together, wrap it in something that isn't see through, and literally bury it in the fridge. Out of sight, out of mind... at least that's the plan. Don't let it get you down, start fresh today :-)
