Although I thought yesterday's weight it was a little off (1.1 Kg in a day is not possible) the truth is that going under 108 was long due...

Today starts the week end, when usually the weight lost stops radically. We'll see...
235.2 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
