I've been away from the scale for a few days. I worked out friday. Saturday I didn't make it to the gym but I did go shopping w/ a friend for 3 hours so at least I walked around some. Today I'm stuck at work for 4 hours, and have chores to do at home. I should make myself do something though. Housework will be exercise... in a way... Lol. maybe I will try for at least a 30 min cardio session or something. I almost stopped at a fast food place for breakfast this morning... but I stopped myself and went to a gas station instead and got a slimfast and some fruit. Woot! I didn't eat too great yesterday. Mostly soup and saltine crackers, but I also had McDumpster in there somehwere... Friday night I had pizza... Only two slices though. Hopefully not too much damage has been done... Meal preparation tonight so I'm not tempted to cheat the rest of the week. Plus, I'm dead broke. Haha.

I'm going to remember about getting shakes/fruit at a gas station instead of going through the drive through when I'm out with my buddies. I've never even thought of that before.

LOL I haven't eaten at McD's since "Super Size Me" released. I just can't bring myself to do it. Other fast food places don't bother me as much... it's just that all I can think about when I see a McDonald's is Morgan Spurlock frowning at me.

i went to the gas station on friday for lunch, isn't that strange! they have a healthier selection than a fast food rest!? i don't think you did too bad eating over the weekend! :) you are doing fantastic! oh, and house work is def a workout! they have in the excercise calendar check it out to see how much cal you'll burn!!!
