The last few days have been a disaster. Wednesday evening I did work from home so I didn't get on the treadmill. I snacked and made bad decisions that night. Then yesterday Thursday was bring your child to work day. Crystal went to work with me and we had McDonalds for breakfast on the way. Bad choice number one. The company brought in food Qdoba for lunch for everyone and as usual I had no willpower. I had a big bowl of rice chicken cheese queso dip some vegetables some lettuce but very little and sour cream. Then it I then I topped it off with several cookies and brownies. Later that afternoon I had some more chips and queso. And of course last night I topped it off with a large bowl of macaroni and cheese. No exercise to speak of. The evidence is clear. When I got on the scale this morning I had definitely gained weight. I'm never going to lose the weight of this right I have to start making consistent changes. So it's Friday now, and a new day. I'm on my way to work and I'm going to make good decisions all day. Tonight I'm going to make good decisions and not snack and get on that treadmill and lift some weights. My health and my happiness depend on them. Going to be a good day.
