I've been up and Down since I had my first child, and got really sick in the hospital which slowed ne down alot, but now I am really motivated and determined to keep going and reaching my goal and to keep going and attempt to be close to where I was before . I started with the t25 and loved it, but I'm also doing to rockin body... Plus the gym a couple times a week which I'll start that more. I'm thinking of doing a work out 2wice a day to see more results like t25 in the morning to get me motivated and rockin body at night. Try that out anyways. Oh and I stopped weighing myself it only makes me feel down on myself.
