Did my first day of P90X. I skipped chest and back and did Plyometrics.( which messed up my pre-schedule work out) any way, it was so hard. I had to modify almost every exercise. I don't know what I got myself into...
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
