This isn't a real gain, it is the result of a change in meds that are making me retain water. So I'm back and tracking again to make sure this doesn't become a real gain.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
