ate a lot this week and felt very full but in the end it was mostly veggies and fruit. not a lot of bad stuff. still, some improvements can be made. i just have to fall back into a comfortable (healthy) eating pattern, so i won't spazz out and overeat or eat bad stuff just because i'm not sure of what to eat exactly. so that's my mission for this week: to find a comfortable eating pattern and food that i can eat with a clear conscience.
