Weight same but body changing, no more stretch clothes! My shorts are real jean with room to spare no more biting in waistlines no more middle burn. I am compfy in these, I found a happy!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
