Woo hoo! I did some serious exercising today. I walked for 40 min. during my lunch break at work and did an additional 45 min. of Scupt work. I can call this a successful day.
The sculpt workout really made me feel it. My body hasn't felt that in a long long time. Thanks to the support of my wonderful fiance who did homework with the kids so that I could exercise tonight
