I aet a large salad and a large diet coke after 10pm. My blood sugar level was dropping..I aet 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich and an 16 oz glass of skim milk at 2:30am.
302.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
