Hello friends!
There is a reason that I need to get up early to exercise
not just so I have time to do it, or to energize my morning, or to find my center or all the other good sounding stuff that most sane people claim,
my reason pure and simple is I am a redhead
redheads burn in the sun
Being but a mere nearly broke student I don't have money for a gym membership so all my working out is done outside from hiking, biking, and mostly running.
And as much as I believe in sunscreen, it makes me feel so greasy.
Also I need a workout buddy
this one has to parts
one: for motivation
two: to keep me from making dumb decisions
I was out a'hiking yesterday on a path that I had not been on a while, and pretty soon the trail vanished, instead of being a smart person and backtracking, I decided to keep pushing forward and went off roading, which involved climbing through many pointy and dangerous bushes, and also being lost for a good hour or so.
But it's okay guys, I was totally prepared for anything, I even brought pepper spray in case I came across an enraged grizzly or an aggressive goat.
