Ginsin's Journal, 16 April 2014

The one good thing I know about my eating is, I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight. When I consciously eat more calories than I should, I have nothing or no one to blame BUT ME! I know that I need to stay at roughly 16-1700 cals a day to get back to 288 where I was at in October. I know that I need to stay away from sugar, as for my working out, yes it would be nice but since I work 7 days a week and I am active at work it's not that big of a deal (at least not for seeing results). Unfortunately, have been weak at not drinking/eating things that I should not be having. I make excuses because I don't get to have Louisiana Satsuma Soda that often, so bam I drink it. Yesterday it was a 50 calorie Illy Espresso, which of course it was mostly sugar. Back on track today, a DAY AT A TIME. I have to live an hour at a time, and start making the right choice. I also know that whilst you can multiply your goal weight by x factor, mine is low. I need to eat goal weight x 7 (not 11 or 14 like Dr Oz tells people). I know that to be 167 lbs I can only eat 1100 to 1200. So I can use calories up on crap very easily. Goal: Chicken, fish, veggies at night. Every day it's back to baby steps.
