unfortunately i can always think of an excuse. this time i've decided that i need to be less extreme. i always decide i need a healthier lifestyle, then try to quit EVERYTHING. (cigarettes and alcohol as well) that'll be my goal in the long run, but i'm going to try tapering off instead of coming to a screeching halt this time around. some more manageable boundaries that can increase as i continue? i dunno... just thinkin' out loud.
