I'm really happy with my progress so far, but this is the time where i really need to push myself. in the past whenever i have dieted i usually only last a week and i never see results. hopefully that will be different this time around
150.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
