Keeping the cardio workout up...20 minutes on the Life Fitness Machine with a heart rate of 135. That's 300+ calories (fat burning) according to the machine.
I've increased my weight lifting values again because I'm trying to keep my schedule workout to 90 minutes but I want to keep the heavier weight training with increased cardio. I was thinking there would have to be a trade off (cardio or weight lifting) but I really don't want to back off.
