What I did good... No junk food.. What I did bad... Got a got a chicken biscuit from Dunkin Donuts I didn't need to get that but it was good I shouldn't have eaten the biscuit but I did and the other thing I did was order: sweet potatoes with my dinner from Boston Market I should have just gotten the spinach and the chicken but again I went too far well tomorrow's another day I have the accomplishment of no junk but then I ate high carbs foods.
