Losing very slowly but still losing. I need to cut out the evening cocktails.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I have been thinking my journey would be easier about that evening glass of wine also but not quite ready to give it up

Going to try doing without and see if I can speed things up a bit. Hubby just retired and seems like we have been celebrating a bit too much lately. Time to start a new normal routine together without the booze.

when I first cut out alcohol I dropped 20-30 pounds. totally wasted calories and it slows your metabolism and raises blood pressure.

Thank to all of you for the support! Wow! Momshadow60! If losing that amount of weight isn't inspiration I don't know what it!! You are right, totally waste of calories.
