I used to weigh in on Sundays, due to a challenge I joined. Last weekend I was leaving on a 3-day trip on Saturday morning, so I weighed in early. I checked my weight the morning after I got back from my trip just out of curiousity (something I try not to do, as it can discourage me). It showed me up a pound, which didn't really surprise me.


I figured I still had 4 days of following my careful eating and recording habits and exercising to get back down to my starting weight. I think I like Saturdays, so I decided to weigh in today.

I was very gratified to see I was down a half pound from BEFORE my trip. YAY me!!

I'll just keep on keeping on and before I know it, this 20 lbs. will be gone!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
