Okay back down and close enough. Went to Golden Corral yesterday and was able to resist the temptation to overeat and to did not indulge in anything sugary. Happy to say I have gotten back down to where I was the other day.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
