This is the 3rd time I have seen 311. It is frustrating that a week where I worked out 5 times and sticked to diet perfectly, and probably underate-And-I gained weight. And in the past three days I lost all that weight I gained and \while I have exercised (but nowhere near as hard) I have eaten way more than I should.

Either way-yay-for being back at 311. Now to see if anything comes before that number...
311.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
