I'm doing so well, but it's the weekend. The weekend is full of traps. I will go to a movie today and someone will get a big container with popcorn with lots of butter. I will be hungry, and I will want to eat some. So tempting to eat popcorn while your watching the movies, but I can't. I must not. Instead I will try to sneak in something healthy like carrots and fruits and munch on those healthy snacks.... We shall see how it goes: either way, the scale won't lie.
