This past week we've had extremely cold weather for where I live that completely laid me out this past sunday with back pain I couldn't get rid of the entire day. That coupled with school being canceled most of the week which usually leaves me alone in the house with just our youngest and the rolling blackouts in our area that have randomly cut off power to the house for the past three days has thrown off my routine of fitting in regular excercise this past week. Thankfully because of still being mindful of what I eat I haven't had too much of a setback in my weight because of it. Starting today I'm getting back on track with some aerobic dance and some lower body strengthening.

Diet Calendar Entries for 05 February 2011:
