I did kenpo x this morning. I liked it. My only problem is that I need to boost up the intensity with which I am doing the movements. Several times I felt myself slacking. Got to bring it!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
