been using atkins new with the net carb counts. like the old version of counting better ,never the less have lost 10 lbs and have keep it off. weigh myself daily dont really need to be so obsessive its ok. dont feel hungry dont really miss any foods would like to be eating more veggies and plant proteins than meats .
