Failed my last challenge miserably. Of course I blamed the weather and stress of moving my oldest into her new home. Worst I found that when I started back with my old eating habits, I packed it on fast. I am going to record today's food fiasco so that I am aware of what I am doing. For anyone out there who prays I would sure appreciate yours!
When I turned 37 I had a heart attack. I carry all my weight around my mid section, so basically all around my heart. I have 3 beautiful kids ranging in age from 8 to 21 who need me. I love them and don't want to miss a thing!
On my next journal entry I am going to try and make sort of a list of what I don't like about being fat other than the obvious one.
I may start with a selfie which is one of my nno-no's at the moment.
