I had a higher-than-normal calorie day today, but I still stayed under 1400.
I'm kinda disappointed in myself. I was out and about without food today, so when I got home at 7:30, I was starving. I ate an apple immediately. Then I ate a peach while I made my brothers' dinner. I ate my dinner, which was bigger than normal, and then after dinner I ate 360 calories worth of fruit, honey and granola. It was so, so good.
I didnt totally binge on it... I did stop when I was full. Thank god, because I didnt feel like going to bed feeling disgusted with myself.
It could have been worse. I had to seriously control a lot of urges to eat more. I had a very stressful day.
