I had a higher-than-normal calorie day today, but I still stayed under 1400.

I'm kinda disappointed in myself.
I was out and about without food today, so when I got home at 7:30, I was starving. I ate an apple immediately. Then I ate a peach while I made my brothers' dinner. I ate my dinner, which was bigger than normal, and then after dinner I ate 360 calories worth of fruit, honey and granola. It was so, so good.

I didnt totally binge on it... I did stop when I was full. Thank god, because I didnt feel like going to bed feeling disgusted with myself.

It could have been worse. I had to seriously control a lot of urges to eat more. I had a very stressful day.

From my perspective that doesn't sound so bad! At least you're making smart choices for snacks -- some nutrition plans I've seem people follow didn't even have a limit on fruit or veggies, they just didn't even record them as calories. I always reach for the temptress Little Debbie, because I work next to the office snack fund :(. I'm getting better with it (slowly!) because I learned if I bring an extra egg to work to eat I can usually have that and avoid the sugar foods.

Don't be disappointed in yourself. You should be proud. You did great. All the food was healthy and you still stayed at a healthy caloric intake.

1400 calories is not a binge. If you were hungry and ate then you are fine. Do not beat yourself up over a number honey! You made good, nutrient smart choices. You ate because you were hungry and stopped when you were satisfied. There is nothing to be disappointed about. You should be proud of yourself. The only thing stopping you from being proud is that number in your head. Let it go. You did great! {{{{hugs}}}
