Really didn't want to do that second workout this evening, but seeing as though I SERIOUSLY overate...I had to do it. Feeling better now! Planning to make it a low cal day tomorrow because I'm going out with friends tomorrow night and I know I'll be drinking.
Feel good moment of the day: A cousin of mine that I haven't seen since high school added me on fb and today he commented and said, "My cousin has turned into a model...the one who carried all those college prep books LOL." Funny, cuz I was a nerd (haha), but it made my day!
